I have a Delorme PN-40 GPS and use Topo 9 Software. I noticed a couple of times when downloading my tracks to Every Trail. That the trail was starting from my home, and not at the trail head. This messed-up the track, profile, etc. After a little experimenting I found with the Delorme software, when you save the track, you can either save it as a Document or a GPX file. I saved one of my problem files as a Doc and opened it in a word processor. There to my surprise was the answer to the problem I was having. It showed two different starting points and different Cord. I deleted the one's causing the problem and imported it back into my software program. I again exported it, but this time I saved as a GPX file. It worked, the problem area was gone. Hope this may help someone having the same problem I was having. See you on the trail.
