Right now, you can edit individual photos (from the my pictures page) and change the time information (they are ordered by time taken). In the future we will add a way for you to drag and drop them in a different order.

I observed my trip picture sequence did not follow the time information. The sequence is depended on which picture you upload first. http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=103090

We first order by time, then by time uploaded. All of your photos have the same time for "date taken", which is why they are ordered by the upload time. You can change the date taken time by editing the individual picture information.

I asked a similar question in the "Problems" forum. (http://www.everytrail.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=390)

After seeing this thread, I checked my pictures EXIF data to confirm that they do use the correct time, yet they are still not ordered correctly in the image display. Note that in my case, the track was only recorded on the ascent; I had to manually place the descent pix -- but was disappointed to find that the sequence doesn't display in the time order I would have expected.

An option to manually resequence -- or even set the sequence by time -- would be appreciated.

Some photo editing programs reset the time once the photo has been edited. This doesn't help matters in everytrail.

Good point... but that was not the case with my images.

Many programs also offer the ability to reset the time to the original EXIF date & time. I use ThumbsPlus for managing my thumbnails and it does it (Ctrl-Shift-Q for the Modify File Info dialog). RoboGeo lets me synch with my GPS to bulk geotag photos, but also allows me to reset the date & time to match the original in the image file EXIF data.
