Is there a way to transfer info from Garmin Connect

I am new to the Every Trail website so curious to know if there is an easy way to do this. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Yes, you should be able to export a .gpx file from garmin connect and upload that file to EveryTrail

thank you, but however I do not see spy phone (I may be wrong) any function on "activities" or "dashbord" that I can use to save the files.

I don't use Garmin Connect that much, so it's hard to know where exactly it is, but I would be very surprised if they didn't have a way to save to .gpx format.
