What GPS device and GPS software do you use?

I have Glofiish X600 communicator.

I use russian software named Navitel. This software is rather buggy, but it was the first GPS program I learned.

I have also Garmin Mobile XT and russian Avtospurnik installed on my device. But I still didn't use them seriousely.

I use an ASUS P527. Has its own software called 'travelog' to record tracks. My earlier device was a HP IPAQ 6510 with Mapopolis installed. The Ipaq started giving me problems after two years and hence the upgrade.

Since more than a year I am using a Garmin GPSMap 60CSX for geocaching. Mapsource and GSAK are my main software tools
On my PDA applications like GPXSonar (geocaching info), GPSTuner (gps tool) and TomTom (car navigation) are default.

I currently use either my Garmin gpsmap60csx or my Nokia n800 internet tablet with an external GlobalTop G33 bluetooth GPS. I usually use the Garmin for Geocaching and the n800 for driving. However, I have begun to use the n800 for Geocaching since it makes it easy to go "paperless".

WinCE device running Backcountry Navigator. mainly used for paperless geocaching but it works in the backcountry, around town, on the water as well. Limited by battery life of your winCE device, but They have creatively developed a really neat program that uses TOPO and PHOTO to allow you to track and follow .gpx courses.
