My ride tonight 110379.2km Real issue

Postby member32 on Mon Jul 30, 2012 6:39 pm

This is the lastest issue I have seen with evertytrail pro using live tracking on my Samsung Galaxy S2.
If you look up member32, that's me. Some trips work and some go screwy. Either that or I am a way better athelete than I think. If you look at the trip July 30th, 2012 called "monday... yipee7 - Ontario, Canada", you can see I did 110379.2km.
Not bad for riding to the Gulf of Guinea just off the coast of Africa and back sevral times on my mountian bike. I left at about 6pm and returned around 8pm, yet the trip says 3days 2hr 48min 27 seconds... lol.
I purchased everytrail because I kept seeing empty trips.. and it kept saying searching for satilites.. thought it might be because it was the free version. I had a few empty trips still, then realized I was still running the free version.. switched the icon to the "pro" version and saw the live tracking feature.. awsome solved the always searching for sats when starting everytrail. But then I saw this happening once, twice... now 5 times. other trips showing this same issue are:
thigh - Ontario, Canada (Jul 27, 2012)
tgif (July 27, 2012) Note this trip and the one above same night - pulled batt and rebooted phone. same issue..
Friday - Ontario, Canada (July 20, 2012)
first ride with kronolog (July 9, 2012)

I am hoping tech support can resolve this issue. (and that this is how to to get them)
If anyone else is having this problem too.. jump on in.

I would love to help, since people on this site really helped me out before.

Hi member32, I have the same problem. I have tried to contact tech support...meanwhile, did you figure anything out? do you recommend pulling battery out? wouldnt that mess up the operating system or firmware or whatever?
