No more link to Facebook

I wanted to add my new trip (ref ) to Facebook to share it.

No problem to click on the 'Like' button.

Clicking on the 'share on Facebook' button does nothing (see output of the javascript console later), it appears that Facebook has (again!) changed its API... streamPublish does not exist anymore and you need to use the Open Graph API...

Also, the application on apps.facebook.com does not allow me to import a trip anymore... Probably since the last change of API by Facebook (I am also a Facebook developper and they are pain in the a**** see VirtualFlyer on FB).

Last point, it would be nice to support SSL/HTTPS for EveryTrail apps on Facebook

I just started using the iPhone app (free for now) a few days ago, but haven't been able to share my trips on Facebook from the app or from the website. I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong, but it sounds like it may be a change to the API from Facebook based on the main post in this thread by eyncke.

It would be great to get some type of update from the Everytrail team. Thanks.

I have the same problem. On everytrail.com, clicking on facebook (share this trip) gives no action at all.
Maybe it is linked with another problem on my iPhone. There, everytrail indicates that i am currently "not logged in", while i'm logged in pretty fine. If I click on the log in button, FB starts and says I have already gave permission to FB for this app, I'm pressing OK, return to everytrail on my iPhone but it still says "currently not logged in".

Can you help me out.

I have the same issue, sharing doesn't work due to: “TypeError: FB.Connect.streamPublish is not a function”

I have also this "java void(0)" message in the status line, when moving the mouse arrow on the field for sharing. And also there is no popup window.

So, sharing a trail on Facebook from the iPhone app or the website still doesn't seem to work. Is there anybody out there that can actually share on Facebook? Is this a systemic problem, or an isolated one.

It just seems odd that if nobody can share anything on Facebook, and this is a touted feature of the app, that we wouldn't hear anything about the problem and progress on a solution from EveryTrail.

I have had this problem for several months now... I reported it when I first noticed it but can't find that thread now. Seems like it is not getting fixed?
