Map not showing up when opening trips on iPad

I don't use iPad to create trips but when I try to view trips on iPad I can see the trips but can't see the map or photos. Is there a setting I missed?

I do have the same Problem with my ipad and iphone, my uploaded maps are not visible! Has anyone a idea what is wrong?
