iPhone 3g upload images

First - this is an outstanding application - well designed with thoughtful engineering. However when I upload my trip on my iPhone 3g With up-to-date software (2.1) . When I hit the upload button the trip file uploads but the images will not. I get the following error message:

exporting trip to GPS - ok
uploading trip file - ok
uploading photo #1 - FAILED
Connection error - timed out

Any suggestions as to how I can get my pictures to upload to Everytrail?

I just tested this feature today and it worked for me.
