Guide Status Still Pending

Your help pages say guide reviews take 1-3 days. Your forum indicates that many other users have waited far longer to have them approved, months in some cases. I've been waiting 3 weeks. What's the deal? Are you just too overloaded with pending guides? Discouraged.

Yes, we are currently a bit overloaded and I have been away from email for a while. I plan to personally look over all of them as soon as I can, sorry for any inconvenience and I appreciate your patience.

I'm sure your In Tray is stuffed with things to do but I've been waiting a few weeks for a Guide to be approved. How's the back log looking?!

I have 13 guides in pending status, posted one month ago (see Dolomiti di Brenta Trek).

There is something wrong? When do you think you can approve them?

I would like to bundle them together.

I have 17 pending but since it's only been a week and half I won't complain too much, eh!
