iPhone 4's auto-lock

Hi, I keep my iPhone on the handle bar of my mountain bike. I would like to keep the EverTrail app open at all time while riding but my iPhone keeps going on auto-lock and under the settings I can only select 5 minutes max for auto-lock. Anyone out there have a suggestion? Thanks.

I think you should be able to turn off auto lock. The app should continue to run in the background and track your trip, but it may be harder to see the stats screen or map.

That is just it, I can't turn it off because I only have a choice between 1 to 5 minutes and yes it's difficult not seeing the map.

There should also be an option for "Never" on the autolock settings page.
