I want a new username!

We encourage users to pick a good username to start with, but sometimes users do not want their username to appear as firstname.lastname for privacy reasons. If this is the case, please email us at support@everytrail.com with the subject “change username request”. Please provide your current username and 3 desired usernames (in case the first one is not available). We will update your account as soon as we can.

How to I change my units from miles to km or km to miles?

Go to your edit profile page here: http://www.everytrail.com/user/editpreferences , and you should see an option near the bottom to change your preferences.
