Botanic Garden Parking Lot - Selby - Lake Anza - Selby - Memory - Loop Rd - Wildcat Gorge - Botanic Garden. Wildcat Gorge trail is great during rainy season. If Lake Anza is overflowing, you'll see mutiple mini waterfalls. There are a few spots with large redwoods along the gorge: notable ones are just below the lake's dam and by stream & nook picnic areas.
Jack treated the Wednesday hiking group to a beautiful summer hike of Tilden Park, covering the Meadows Canyon, Seaview, Ridge, Volmer Peak, Big Springs, and Curren trails, with a stop for lunch at the Steam Trains picnic area.
George led the Wednesday hiking group on a great Tilden Park hike covering the Laurel Canyon, Nimitz, Sea View, Arroyo, Quarry, Curran, and Wildcat Gorge trails.
Climbing with Andres and Antonio in Berkeley. Lots of great routes varying in difficulty all the way up to V10. The rocks definitely rip your hands up, so we could only climb for 5 or so hours.
Had to turn around before Wildcat Peak because of gloppy mud, but still had a great time.

A 2-mile, kid-friendly loop through the Tilden Nature Area in Tilden Regional Park. The Environmental Education Center offers interpretative exhibits and nature programs, while feeding the barnyard animals at Little Farm is always a hit with the little ones.
