Took a ride tonight after work around 1:30am. I like being a night rider.
I used to ride these trails in highschool on the mountain biking team. That was 8 years ago and I'm so very out of shape now. I should have gone left at the highway and done the loop.
Off work at midnight, went for another night ride. I feel a lot faster now, and I only stopped once for a minute or two half way through instead of stopping 3 or 4 times, but my stats on motionbased are the same!
Just another boring night ride around my end of town. I can't wait till I move to Port Arthur. There are more interesting places to ride up there.
If you look at the map you will see a short section by the airport parallel to Arthur Street.
Do not go down that road at night. I counted 5 skunks. Good thing I have a headlight on my bike so I could dodge them.
Went to Centennial, rode to Soldier's Hole, Trowbridge, and then back to Centennial through Current River. Added a couple km to my ride trying to find trails through the bush from the streets onto the Centennial Park road. I was so close a few times I could almost see the car but was lost and didn't realize it. Oh well, exercise!
