天梯、太極峽谷是南投縣竹山鎮最負盛名的旅遊觀光景點小蔡說他很想騎單車去看天梯，於是就規畫了這個行程由於是著名的觀光景點，每逢星期假日天梯、太極峽谷總是擠爆了的人潮為了避開天梯人潮我們決定來趟拂曉出擊大伙相約清晨6點在竹山麥當勞前集合，預計7點以前通過天梯另外為了這個活動能夠更周延完美，在欣賞完天梯與太極峽谷後再轉進梯子嶺林道以及八卦茶園2個行程串起今天的大環線之旅.....
