You follow the San Juan Loop trail past San Juan Falls, then climb steadily up and over a ridge and down to the remote Chiquito Falls. Trail Headz. We did the San Juan Trail to Chiquita Falls. It was a
9-mile very technical trail. Very rocky and slippery if you don't have
trail shoes like me. I was flying down the trail with Kristin (sp?)
trying to catch our front group and I wound up flipping head over heads
into the poison oak. I also bonked my elbow and...
Unfortunately, there was no water at the falls.
First ride to the Falls. A beautiful day for a ride through the mountains. We did encounter and aided some hikers. The woman's father fell and broke his leg. OUCH!We all did great. Here is our trip ... enjoyCaren
