San Francisco Trail Running Trips

During the Cluster Management Offsite Tim, Rune and I decided to explore a bit. We ran up to the summit of Mount Livermore and back down then around to Ayala Cove. Beautiful views of the bay despite some fog. Distance was somewhat longer than I had anticipated 4.8 miles instead of the actual 5.7.
Ran this with Eileen and Annette to celebrate my 49th birthday. Gorgeous day for a run. Run consisted of two loops around the island. Clear 360 degree view of SF Bay from top of Angel Island. Pictures and more detailed descriptions are upcoming.
This was another Pacific Coast Trail Run. It was a beautiful run with gorgeous views over the bay to both Golden Gate and Bay Bridge. My run was fine but I had over-trained on my calves which hurt from first to last step which made it a bit of mind over matter to keep going even though it wasn't that long.
