A short hike starting at the Pleasanton Ridge Park trailhead on Foothill Blvd and climbing to the ridge and doing a quick loop to the south before returning through the old olive grove and back down to the trailhead.
Outing of the East Bay Casual Hiking group. A loop hike along Pleasanton Ridge staying on the western side on the way out and the eastern on the return.
Loop hike in Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park. Starting at the Foothill staging area, we hiked up on the Woodland and Thermalito trails and returned on the Ridgeline and Oak Tree trails.
Outing of the East Bay Casual Hikers. We started at the Pleasanton Ridge trail head on Foothill Blvd., hiked up to the top of the ridge, and then took the Thermalito trail down to the town of Sunol. After a lunch stop we headed back up the Thermalito but then took the Ridgeline trail to the junction point and descended on the Woodland trail.
East Bay Casual Hikers outing starting at the Pleasanton Ridge staging area on Foothill Blvd, climbing to the ridgeline, and then following the eastern ridgeline trail north to Augustine-Bernal Park. We returned on the western Thermalito trail.
