Round trip starting on Baden-Powell Trail on Mt Fromme, down to Lynn Valley, up to the Falls, and back.
It was my first time hiking Mount Seymour and I wasn't disappointed. The view at the end was spectacular and there were lots of good scenery along the way. The only problem was that although it is late July, there is still a lot of snow near the top of the mountain. So, there was a significant portion of the trail that was snow and we weren't prepared for that.It was still possible...
I was visiting Vancouver for the first time. I was there on business and my hotel was in the downtown area. I went for two walks, one the evening before my meetings and two a walk the late afternoon after my meetings. I covered Waterfront Station, Victory Square, Canada Place, Vancouver Lookout/Harbour Centre, Main Vancouver Post Office, Vancouver Art Gallery, Centennial Fountain, and other places. A very nice walk.

Did a nice afternoon ride with my steady and took a few pics along the way ... The purpose was exercise but also to see if I could geotag the photos. Dragged along my Sony Cybershot DSC W-7 camera and Garmin GPSMap 60CSx. I used our iMac and Garmin's Basecamp software to geotag the pics before uploading. Everytrail managed to put them all in the right places!
