Der Philosophenweg ist ein öffentlicher Verbindungsweg zwischen Kronberg und Königstein im Taunus, der direkt und kostenfrei durch den Opelzoo führt. Zu sehen gibt es ein Nilpferd und auch exotische Schweine. Kurioserweise hat für eines eine Metzgerei aus der Umgebung die Patenschaft übernommen. Wer den ganzen Zoo sehen will, muss natürlich Eintritt bezahlen.
