Some nice views, not good mountain bike trail.
Beautiful day on the Highline. Out-n-back from the 260 TH to Drew junction. Really fun 4 mile segment of the Highline. It was unseasonably warm for 6800 elevation. Shot some good helmet cam footage with the VholdR ContourHD.http://vholdr.com/node/53694http://vholdr.com/users/mtbikeaz
Hike a bike for 1 mile up and a beautiful ride just below the rim. Next time just do the trail backwards instead of taking Hwy 260.
Gorgeous day on the Rim. Perfect riding weather, conditions and company. The 260 TH to See Canyon is one of my favorite 6 miles of trail in the world. I've climbed the descent from See up to Drew enough times to warrant a shuttle or two when I'm pressed for time. I sure love the climb, but the descent is one rootin' tootin' rockin' sun of a gun from Arizona....
Attempted new route into Tonto Narrows from FR208. Final approach into creek became too steep and we returned to the truck.
