Gruyères is one of the most beautiful old towns in Switzerland. It is worth to visit the castle as well where you can learn about the history of Gruyères in the frame of a funny movie. There's a cheese museum but the preparation of the cheese was already finished when we arrived there. Visited on Jul 03, 2011
