Twelve of us rode the tram from Teton Village to the 10,446' summit to hike to Marion Lake. Shortly after the start of the return to the tram, I turned left (east) to hike down the mountain through Granite Canyon, emerging at the Granite Canyon Parking Area in Grand Teton National Park.

powder enthusiasts. We descended (and

three days of splitboarding, powder, and
cameraderie. One day we opted to bump over to Grand Teton National Park where we climbed and skiied the massive Albright Peak. Conditions were warm, snow stable, and the tracks fresh.
