Incredible hike in Lake Mead NRA that has some great variety - mine ruins, interesting geology, rock hounding, canyons, narrows, red rock, and a good scrambly fun peak. Despite the stats this is *not* an easy hike - the stretch from the parking through the narrows is straightforward, but route finding up to the peak and back down on the other side is complicated and dangerous terrain. This is a strenuous, unmaintained trail that is only for the experienced hiker. To get to the trailhead, drive from Nevada across the new O'Callaghan-Tillman Memorial Bridge and take the first exit in Arizona, Exit 2 for Kingman Wash.
