A Warm Up for the next days trip into the Canyon. A 5 miler along the rim hitting various overlooks.
Upon arrival at Grand Canyon's East Rim, Brenda and I take a short evening walk, unwinding from our 200+ mile drive. Ah yes, to be camping at last!
Our first full day at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon begins with a walk around the most touristy and developed area of the park. Even though crowded wtih people, the view is nonetheless inspiring and we enjoy ourselves greatly.
Starting early in the morning, very nice weather not too warm.
