No bears today, but we did find a mother moose and her calf. Mama was not too happy about Kiana, so we give her lots of room. Next time we'll go around the east side of the ridge.
Packed out about halfway back to the car, then took an afternoon hike up the hill behind the camp. Spectacular afternoon. One bear while backpacking, but no issues. Saw another cow and calf moose.
Made our way out. Stopped for some blueberry picking about halfway back.
