Five day trek with Jonathan through Dark Canyon via the Sundance Trail. This was one of my all-time favorite life experiences (besides my wedding day). Highly recommended.

On the way through Utah, we visited this Native American pueblo site. It is typical of the way these native people built their dwellings into the cliff face of a deep canyon.
Here's the entire canyon hike through Natural Bridges National Monument passing all the major natural bridges in this park. This is an 8.9 mile loop hike and an actual GPS track.
