Community Trips
We passed by this volcano on a trip last year, and after looking into it more vowed to make it back and NOT pass it by. The views are spectacular, the landscape is like none other, in short; this is a must visit! There is a road leading to the top, and from there you can take one or both of the trails. One follows around the rim, and the other leads...
On the way back to Nederland we took a side trip to Capulin Monument. It had been 40 years since we were there last. The road to the top was not paved back then.
