My last day in Amsterdam. Sites include Rembrandt's house, the Rijksmuseum, Heineken Brewery, and the Anne Frank House.
Jane and I are in Amsterdam visiting with our daughter Julie, her husband Marc, and our four-week old granddaughter Katie. Marc and Julie's neighbor Enno loaned us bikes today and took us on a bike tour around Amsterdam.
From Dam through Anne Frank house to west islands area
We woke up on time this morning after our long flight from home the day before. Decided rather than strain the brain with art museums we'd take advantage of the nice weather and get a walk in the cool morning air.We stopped at a nice cheese shop near our apt and had a wonderful lunch of dutch cheese and beer.
