Mirror glass for start. Easy warm up, then 5-20 sec sprints on 40 sec cruise. Got hot, forgot drinking H20. Medium pace to lowers surf break. Caught three waves, medium pace again to Sprecks. Went in and got a drink 15 min, medium pace back to Kanaha, 6 more waves, medium pace to pier one, 6 more waves. Return not the harbor and built to a sprint. then 5 min. warm down....
