Good trip--managed to hit the one light when passing under 280 on Mariposa while it was green. No interesting maneuvers at speed were necessary at the stop signs at the bottom of hills. Right as I stepped out my door it started raining a bit, but that stopped moments later and halfway through the trip I had shedded my rain shell. The one thing about even a little rain...
Best time ever! Forget Red Bull, being late for the train gives you wings!

After a day spent mostly inside due to the rain, I went out to find some covered skate spots. Luckily the skies dried up for a period, but later on they opened up in a major way and I got drenched on the way home.
Great new spot--probably only free of cars on the weekends though. Good session practicing mostly ledge tricks; only one major fall when overshooting frontside nollie tailslide.
Short run on a warm day. Gotta carry water for both of us next time!
This route contains drammastically more walking due to the steep hills, but it cuts through some very nice residential neighborhoods and the two hills that are suitable for bombing are a joy to ride.

Rothenbach trip with Jason and Ed. Plans were for boards and unis, but we had too much fun on the boards. Detours were for mountainboard runs down the sides of the old dump hill.
