Trips
Climbing with Andres and Antonio in Berkeley. Lots of great routes varying in difficulty all the way up to V10. The rocks definitely rip your hands up, so we could only climb for 5 or so hours.
Good area, park at car park at the Checkers Inn Pub on the A625, just outside Froggatt. A small walk from road uphill - good bouldering and opportunity to rope climb. Not much shelter at the ridge, so check weather conditions. Around a 1 mile round trip.

Krásný pohled na Cortinu po celou...

Weather forecast was for a few showers, so Mt Ngungun was the obvious choice for a climbing trip. Adventurers included myself, Luis & Kayleen Rausseo, and Allan Wheeler. We set-up a top-rope on Cold Girl (6) while we checked out what the rain was doing. I then led Denim (trad 12), which should have been easy, only it started raining half-way. I knew I was in trouble at one stage when my...
