A good day of cross-country skiing in Peter Lougheed Park in Alberta, Canada. Started from the Elk Pass trailhead, then down to William Watson Lodge for lunch, and ending at Pocaterra Hut. This is my first try using GPS to track my path.

We went cross country skiing on Twin Brooks trails on a very nice winter morning. The kids enjoy the wooded area of the trail - less windy and the small hills make it fun.

Me and my daugther went skiing in the nice tracks at the area Järvafältet which is close to where we live. A nice and cold but beautiful winter day. Plenty of snow minus 12 C and we skied 16 Km. Just fantastic!
Med 40+ cm nysnø de siste dagene, så hadde vi vel egentlig ikke noe valg - ut på tur, aldri sur!Første runde tok tid, da Mats og jeg først måtte tråkke opp sporet.Andre runde gikk mye lettere, men da var også Mats veldig ferdig.På tredje runde skulle Ida være med, men hun gadd ikke mer etter 100 meter.Men far gikk ferdig - og er fornøyd med dagens trim - 3x1,6km!

Das Loipennetz erstreckt sich von Schwarzenbühl nach Ottenleuebad und Gurnigel Wasserscheide.
Die gut präparierten Loipen eignen sich dank unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgraden für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene.
Grosser Pluspunkt: Dank Gratlage sonnenverwöhnt und mit toller Rundsicht!
Wermutstropfen: Restaurants leider alle peripher gelegen, öV-Anschluss (Bus) vergleichsweise schlecht.
