Went out for a training ride this morning.   This ride starts with a down-hill (as I live at the top of a hill) and ends with a grueling climb.   In the middle, its all flat but faster than many other routes because it sticks to big streets with fewer lights. This route goes across to Rokko Island which on weekends and holidays has very little traffic.   Its dead flat, but...
