Pittige wandeling door het Pays des Collines. Het Pays des Collines
bestaat uit de gemeentes Ellezelles, Flobecq, Frasnes-lez-Anvaing en
Mont-de-l’Enclus en heeft een uitgesproken eigen identiteit. De streek
kan bogen op een rijk verleden en geniet van een eigen specifieke
geomorfologie. Het is een golvend landschap met veel bossen en
pittoreske dorpjes.
Onze wandeling start in Grand Monchaut, een piepklein dorpje. Meteen
is de toon gezet voor wat komen zal: stilte, veel groen...

I was traveling to Belgium for business meetings in Antwerp and I took the train to Brussels. The map shows my walking path.
A special version of the Accro Bike 50K, once organised by Velo Club Blancs Gilets. I added a couple of small loops and left out 2 unride-able parts to form this slightly longer loop. Don't be fooled by the relatively low amount of heightmeters, this ride is tougher than the figures show
Ein Rundweg mit einer Dauer von 4h durch abwechslungsreiche Landschaft der Naturpark Hohes Venn. Der Weg führt durch Fichtenhochwald zum herrlichen Rurtal und weiter durch Buchenwälder zum Bergevenn. Hier findet sich auch der idyllisch eingebettete Schwarzenbachsee. Zum Abschluss in Küchelscheid lädt die Taverne von der Marta zur Rast ein.

Very nice panorama route along the old railwaytrack 163a and the Semois valley. Also we visit along the trip many nice historic things like old bridges of the old railway (including one very nice viaduct), one tunnel of 1350m in length, renovated chapel in Herbeumont and a visit to the ruins of Herbeumont.
Une très intéressante randonnée extraite de la revue 'GR sentiers'. 'Les' Ourthes, les hameaux et villages sympathiques, sentiers 'sauvages' le long de ruisseaux, les panoramas et le lac du barrage de Nisramont. A conseiller !

Come over to Belgium for a few days. Choose Bruges or Ghent as your hub. If the weather is bad, visit the other city by train (it's only 25 minutes), or go for Ypres, the Belgian coast, Kortrijk, Antwerp, Brussels, Mechelen, ...If the weather is promising, rent a bike, ask for panniers, put the essential stuff in them and follow the track that I created for you. 45 and 55 km only!Thanks...

Prachtige wandeling doorheen Kalmthout en de Kalmthoutse Heide. Op sommige ogenblikken was de gemarkeerde weg op de heide moeilijk te volgen en vele wandelaars hebben er wat "extra kilometers" bij gedaan.

D'après le topo-guide 'Randonnées en boucle dans la province de Namur' des SGR.De longs passages 'sauvages' dont les 10 Km le long de l'Hermeton. Le joli village de Soulme.
Une très belle randonnée qui nous fit découvrir le Fondry des chiens, la vallée du Viroin, Olloy-sur-Viroin, Vierves et son château, la Haute Roche et de très beaux paysages.D'après le topo-guide 'Randonnées en Boucle dans la Province de Namur' de 'Les Sentiers de Grande Randonnée'.
