This trip was for scouting emergency boat put-ins on the north/east side of the Willamette and person pick-ups on the west/south side. The two most promising places are directly under the Fremont bridge (accessible via the Tillamook bridge on Interstate) and the waterfront near Freightliner on Swan Island. A tertiary connection can be made via the "O" Dock by Rose Quarter/Steele Bridge, though the pickup isn't nearly as good.
