A spectacular sunny late winter day snow shoeing. I explored areas of Webster Park that were not yet familiar to me. In fact I was lost. I wandered through the forest following what felt like random tracks left by fellow winter's lovers leading me through the thick cathedral pines along a creek and a trail back to where I began.Seems as if xc skiing is over this year in Webster Park. Maybe...

We are so fortunate for such a gem and so close. Not a lick of snow left in Rochester on this mid February day. The ride; a tease. Cyclists out everywhere. No snow. No more snow. The trails rolled the day before (thank you Fred)....
