2 Munros, Bidean nam Bian 1150m and Stob Coire Sgreamhach 1072. Also topped Aonach Dubh 892m, Stob Coire nan Lochan 1115m and a Munro top of 1141m. We headed up through the Coire nan Lochan gully and descended via the Alt Coire Gabhall otherwise known as The Hidden Valley.I was joined by my workmates and brothers of the fellowship Tam, Jim, Stevie and Graeme. These are my 19th & 20th Munros.

It was a very wet, rainy day when we visited the 600 year old Golf Course at St Andrew's. However, we were still able to bash a bucket of 50 balls in the practice area, and have a dob of footy on the 18th fairway!!

The Lower Carboniferous geology of the South Queensferry Shore gets younger from east to west along the coast, with the oldest rocks being around 350 million years old. It is suggested that an excursion should begin at locality 1: Hound Point, and progress west visiting successive localities of decreasing age.
