pensioners purchasing their boat tickets with £1 coins in front of us at the
tickets office. The Cockney Sparrow had a Cockney boatman giving an informative

This trip up (or down) the Thames is an old favourite that we never tire of. Today we
caught the Clipper at North Greenwich having
got there on the Jubilee Line. There are spectacular views of Canary Wharf
from all sides of the Isle of Dogs before heading west up to Embankment Pier.
