we left Cogan station and skated along the barrage and round the bay. we met up with a few others in the city centre, then skated to Taff's well. From here we went up to penrhos cutting, Nantgarw. we went over this stretch twice for the 1.25 mile downhill, then back to Cardiff central via the Maindy velodrome. We missed our train home by 30 seconds.
Leaving Temple Meads we enjoyed a small time of sun, and managed the first half in record time. After Bitton the we were hit by rain and compost, having a rest in the pub allowed some time to dry out before the last push into bath.
