Made the most of an amazing spell of Spring weather and hit the trail. An awesome outing, mainly on trails but with a little coasteering thrown in for good measure. Kerry dropped me at the start, had a morning of sight seeing, then met me for hot chips at the famous Sligichan Hotel. Beautiful!
today was the national cross country at callander park falkirk.its always a great day .the weather was fair for us.it was u13s boys of first and there was ewan,aiden,euan,ryan,owen,scott and connor.all the guys had great runs and came in with bronze team medal.then u13 girls who are very strong and took the team gold with ease.well done girls.u15 boys and euan with a great 4th place on first year at the age...

A nice run on local footpaths and lanes, no tarmac except crossing the road to Henfield Common and a short tarmaced lane on the western side of the run.
