Another awesome ride for a good cause.
This bike ride took us on 3 hidden trails in South Fremont. Each can be done as a walk, or all combined into a bike ride. It does not have to be that long, as the last trail, Coyote Creek Lagoon you can do the best parts and leave off the spur trail and the trail by the freeway. The 3 trails are: 1. Pacific Commons Linear Park Trail. 2. The Warms Springs...

This was my first long trip, I have not rode a bike in 10 years. This was fun and challenging.
This is a neat bike ride that I amazed more people don't ride. It is not even on Google Maps as a bike trail. The paved maintence path along the California Aqueduct is open for bicycling. There is a nice big parking lot where the Grant Line Rd crosses the California Aqueduct. I rode to Bethany reservior first, then south until I ran out of time for the day. The Aqueduct and trail...
Today we biked the Fox River Bike Trail. We started at the Fabyan Windmill park on the East side of the river. We biked South, crossed the river at the State Street bridge, then biked North along the West side of the river, back to our starting point. One item of note: the river is really low this year. It is almost sad to see all the exposed gravel bars and dry patches...
Perfect bike morning for this 60 mile adventure to Allentown and back. Light breeze, cold temps and fast roads. Great back roads course with little car traffic. The colors on the trees are starting to change and plenty of bikers are enjoying this cool weather and the scenery.

This ride is on the old highway that is now closed to vehicles and has been made into a public trail along the Columbia Gorge. Some areas are fantastic, but some areas are right along the freeway (very noisy) with a low cement wall between the trail and the freeway (you feel safe). Because of this, going early in the morning is nicer as there are few cars making less noise in the morning. There is a...

This is a must do bike trail for anyone with a bike in the area. The state spent a ton of money resurfacing the old highway, restoring the tunnels, making a cement roof above the trail below a loose rock ledge to protect people from falling rock, making view points, trailheads, and other features. We went in the fall, so the fall colors were showing off. Between the trail, the scenery, and...
Riding from Salisbury to the Toymakers Cafe in Falls Village via the Amesville Bridge (closed to car/truck traffic). Includes a loop over Brinton Hill and back through Lime Rock.
For Bike riders February in the Northeast has been a challenge. Have not had many days of ride able weather. Having to deal with, ice, snow freezing temperatures and heavy winds has become a major obsticle. Indoor training although necessary, just doesn't cut the mustard. Finally a window of opportunity opened this afternoon. Temps in the low 40's and winds just under 40 MPH gave me a chance to just get out...
This is a much better track of how to tour around Manhattan then last time. And more accurate distance! If copied, please notice that this bicycle track shall be used East side North direction. ( I.e 1 Ave go only North and this track will only work Northbound from Bronx 138:th street to Yankee Stadium. The track has 4 stairs so it is not a "clean" bike track
Just a quick ride to get the blood flowing

Took a bike ride from our camp site at the St Joeseph Peninsula State Park. The rise took us around Eagle Harbor and outside the park through a good portion of the cape. Stopped for ice cream on the way back at Coneheads, a must stop! Weather was hot and sunny!
