One day trek in Khao Yai National Park, organised by Khao Yai Garden Lodge. We got to see a giant 'strangling tree', a leopard cat, elephants, gibbons, hornbils, a crocodile, the waterfall from the movie 'the beach', and beautiful views.
Khao Yai is the oldest national park in Thailand, and one of the most beautiful.
We had a great time.

The 8th Grade from the American Community School in Abu Dhabi visited Chiang Mai, Thailand in Oct. 2007 as part of its Week Without Walls program. Highlights included river rafting, visiting Karen Hill Trib Mountain Villages, Learning to cook organic Thai food, making Krathongs, Visiting temples and other historical/cultural sites, and the Elephant Conservation Center.
