Fairly nice run no stops this time. Training going well. Good pace in places and good hill climbs.

Första rundan efter bruten fot, med Karin o Sebastian
Work trip took me to Stockholm Sept 30 through Oct 4. Took a great 14 mile run from my hotel downtown, Nordic Light Hotel, went through the olde town, gamla stan, then out to Djurgarden, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Djurg%C3%A5rden, the world's first National City Park. The run was incredible, did two loops around the island, half of it along the water. The weather was around 40 degree F, so perfect running weather.
JÀtteskönt vÀder med mycket syre i luften, fortfarande barmark.
Yet again I had some GPS problems, but once I got myself connected the running was really great, I felt so light today! Apparently I managed to keep a slightly higher pace than usual as well, I averaged at 11,4 kmph even though I had to stop three times (really short stops though, you can hardly tell from the graph where they were); twice for cars, and once for a handsome lad...
Except for some ice cold headwinds, everything felt great today! Running the first 10 kms in just above 50 mins was very unexpected too, I took it easy and really didn't push myself (I think the GPS might have gone a bit crazy when I ran through the city though, zoom in and it looks like I climbed a couple of rooftops, I don't remember doing that...). :)I really don't miss the treadmill, especially not...
Well, it snowed, after all. And I must admit I didn't really feel like running today, but I decided not to be a wuss, so I headed out anyway, and well, I survived. :)But of course, "snow" rhymes with "slow" (and it also rhymes with "slipping on hidden spots of ice and breaking your butt"), so my average speed was a bit lower than usual.
