Nice cycling trip around Utrecht
This is my favorite route on the road bike around the Hoge Veluwe. Start and finish in Barneveld which is only 60 km or so from Amsterdam. After about 50 km you reach the Hoge Veluwe area with the Lange Juffer, Posbank, Emma Piramide and the Zijpenberg. You can make different loops there, great work out!
Amsterdam - Prague 2008We cycled from Amsterdam to Prague in 15 days. The nights we spent on campingplaces along the route. It is truly a beatifull trip along a diversity of landscapes. We were especially taken by the cosy villages and many historical buildings in Germany. The countryside of Czech was less pretty and had bad roads, but Prague itself made up for a lot! Jane and I are in Amsterdam visiting with our daughter Julie, her husband Marc, and our four-week old granddaughter Katie. Marc and Julie's neighbor Enno loaned us bikes today and took us on a bike tour around Amsterdam.
Fietstocht vertrek in Heeze (nabij Eindhoven) doorheen de Stabrechtse Hei. Rij rustig en genieten maar. Drankje en hapje na 28 km in Lierop, o.a. 'de Coekkepanne' een aanrader !

Quiet trip, most of the times with bike lane.
Beginnend bij Kasteel Nemelaer, naar de Campina en vervolgens wat Oisterwijkse bossen en vennen. Via 't Stokske, de Hondsberg en wat toeristische verpoosplekken (snel doorfietsen daar) uiteindelijk ook weer eindigend bij Nemelaer.
