仙台から岩手、八幡平、安比高原を廻ってきました。岩手で昼食。有名なぴょんぴょん舎で冷麺を食し、その後アスピーテラインを上り八幡平山頂へ。 東京が33度ー35度のときに、山頂ではガスがかかってたこともありましたが寒いぐらい冷え込んでました。その後同じルートを下り安比グランドホテルへ。夜は花火大会がありました。
TOHOKU Exp Way -> BANETSU Exp Way -> JOBAN Exp Way ->SHUTO Exp Way東北道南下し、安達太良SA付近から渋滞20Km。矢板付近でも渋滞40Km。急遽東北道から磐越道、常磐道経由のルートに変更し東京を目指すことに・・・。
笹谷峠から宮城･山形県境稜線のハマグリ山、トンガリ山、山形神室を経て神室岳に登った。変化に富む仙人沢ルートを通って山を下り、笹谷温泉に下山。 昨年と同じルポポかわさきに泊まった。

二口山域の盟主 大東岳(1365.8m)に登った。一般ルートを逆向きにトレースし、大行(ナメ)沢上流部にある樋の沢出合小屋に泊まって１０００m 超の登降差を二日に分割したところ、登頂は意外な楽勝となった。稀な好天に恵まれ、みちのくの山々の素晴らしい展望を楽しんだ。

This is my first bike run after perhaps 15 years of away from riding. My Treck 7000 is also revived although it still has full of rust and corrosion. I also wanted to upload some data like this to this site so I can see it online and share with other people.
