Followed Route 2 to Osaka, Umeda. Parked the bike next to Yodobashi Camera  2hrs free parking Did some shopping, then cycled back the same route until Amagasaki. Turned off to the side roads on my way home.

Walk through the gardens of the Ginkaku-Ji temple in Kyoto. The gardens are probably the most impressive ones I have seen on our 1-week visit to Japan. Following the Ginkaku-Ji we walked the Philosopher's walk.

Cycling trip with Kosaka san to Haneda Airport, located in the Tokyo Bay. The first time I will be cycling along Tama river downstream. For years I have been cycling into the mountains surrounding the Okutama area, now I took a road bicylce from Europe home, time is in to make it all the way to the seaside.

This is the train ride portion of my day trip to Kyoto. We left Tokyo station 7:30am and arrived at Kyoto station 10:15am; 2:45 hr train ride. The fastest was about 165mph. Freeline いばらき【茨城を中心としたフリーラインスケートの情報サイト】http://freelineibaraki.web.fc2.comFreeline Skatesコミュのイベントで、さいたま市桜区【荒川彩湖公園】から東京都江戸川区【葛西臨海公園】まで３０kmを走破！ 暑さと向かい風で予想以上にきつく超疲れた・・・。 小型のGPS機器を持っていったんだけど、中間地点ちょい過ぎの昼飯休憩地点までは平均時速１１km、後半は平均時速７kmくらいのペース。 普段、持久系のスポーツはなにもしてないんで（嫌いなんでｗ）、昼飯休憩地点で体力ゼロになるは足のふくらはぎが痙攣しはじめるはで、すげぇつらいのなんのってｗ そこからゴールまでは会話をする余裕もなく、気力だけで走りきったよ・・・。 ゴールしてベンチに横になった瞬間足つるし・・・次回のロングランにむけて少しトレーニングしとかねぇとなぁ。
