A beautiful run through the hills of Munden, Germany. The trail was set by Shocka, and featured a little more bushwacking than most trails we ran in Germany. There is a nice uphill in the middle, then a long downhill back to town. I Wish that I had more time to spend in town.

A simple run through the fields near Ulsenheim Germany. The farmers leave wine out for hikers. The wine is made from the grapes in the fields we ran through. WeI thought it was for us, so we drank it. Leave some money for us if you are there. Ulsenheim is beautiful clean German town. The farms in Ulsenheim grow grain for bio-fuel. They tractors run on the biofuel too.
