There is a nice trail to run up to the "Schreckalm". There is good occasion to rest either there or on the "Priener Hütte". Downhill it is more healthy do follow the path on which most mountain bikers use to climb up.
The battery of my gps device broke about 50 meters before the end of the trip, so a little bit is missing.
