Beautiful cold and sunny day, blue skies, fog free today.A gentle walk and trot alongside the River Dordogne,in full flow following recent rain, and under the railway bridges, through the Industrial estate and back up to start point.Quite a difficult steep path in places.

Glorious November weather.Trying the GPS , and taking pictures while riding to the local beach, by the river.Seemed like a good idea to meet for a picnic !Stats will be useful for Endurance training.

Horse rallye.Freezing cold at 8.30amBoiling hot at 13.0027.3 kms of tracks through woods and not very much road work at all.Casse croute ,crusty bread, rillets du porc,boudin noir, red wine or water!Will go next time, easy access from D710, and countryside was beautiful of course a sunny day helped and 22 degrees with a breeze, perfect for March!
Close to Les Eyzies, famous for the beginnings of civilized man.This Rallye was open to walkers, motorbikes,and mountain bikes, VTT's.The horses did a 20k route.Due to a little difficulty with signs, my route is a mixture of the horse route, and the VTT.Fleurac is a small village, modernised in the centre with facilities and a remarkable private Chateau.
This route is about 2.5 miles long and located near Cadouin, 24480 France. The trail is suitable for walking, push bikes and horseback riding and normally takes 1 hour or less.At certain times of the year the forest is closed.Tips: Not far from Cadouin in the Dordogne.On the route to Compostello.
