The main course of the trip was the skiing to Korsatunturi. Korsatunturi has been mythical to me during past 37 years.
The third day was beautiful. It contained a bit skiing but more bringing wood from woods.
The second night was clearly frosty. The expectations that the snow would be hard such that the skis do not sunk into it (hanki in Finnish) were arisen. (This facilitates easy and fast skiing!) In the morning the sky was clear.The plan was to ski to Pulju tunturi. Since the snow was hard in open places, the plan was changed already in the first jänkkä.
